Shipping

• Stock-tangible goods such as CDs and clothing will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt of order.  We ship via First Class or Media Mail USPS or UPS at our discretion.  Shipping and handling fees are based on the cost of the items and/or weight of the package, and will be disclosed at the time the order is placed.

• All online Event Ticket and Event Reservation purchases will be on a Will Call list basis to be claimed when checking in at the event.  Purchaser must present email confirmation, ID (and may be asked to show credit card used for purchase) to claim Will Call tickets and reservations.  See Terms of Use for more Ticketing Terms of Use.

• Event Ticket and Reservation sales include a $2.50 handling/processing fee per item.

Sales Tax

• Virginia State sales tax will be added to all in-state sales of taxable tangible goods.

Returns and Refunds

•  Refunds on stock-tangible goods, such as CDs and clothing, are limited to 30 days from the date the order was shipped, and may include a 10% restocking fee.  Neither original nor return shipping costs will be refunded.  Items must be returned in un-used condition to be eligible for refund.

• All Event Ticket and Reservation purchases are non-refundable for any reason.  Events will take place rain or shine.  Tickets and Reservations can be transferred only by contacting Shepherds Ford Productions at office@shepherdsford.com from the email address used in the original order.
